Mix of flat rice noodles and yellow noodles stir-fried in sweet and spicy soy sauce, alongside beansprouts, bok choy, seitan 'chicken' strips, and tofu in lieu of egg. 🥢🌶️🥬 Instead of whole blocks of tofu, I personally would have preferred shredded tofu or possibly yuba beancurd skin to better mimic stir-fried egg. 🍳 Relatively tasty with some wok hey~ 🔥 (Allium-free, $7.50) #sgvegan #alliumfree #minorityowned
