Rice topped with seitan 'char siew' BBQ pork glazed in sweet sauce. 🍚🍖 One of the better 'char siew' I've tried, without any overwhelmingly rubbery texture or strong mock meat taste! Served with pickled carrot and radish, cucumber slices, and their homemade vegan sambal chilli sauce. 🥕🥒🌶️ Would be great to see them offer char siew banh mi in their menu hehe! 🥖 Vegan Pho is currently still sharing a space with an omni stall, with separate cooking equipment!
