Loved this veganized local dish! Made with cabbage and a soy pulp for the base, you can choose to add five veggies on top. There is a BBQ style sauce that has a great flavor, and optional vegan mayonnaise (loved it) and vegan cheese. The medium size is a LOT! Even my hungry husband found it filling, especially with some sides. There is definitely a good chance for a long wait, but there is a self service bar inside where you can make a mixed drink or pour a beer to enjoy in line on the street 👌🏼. The whole restaurant has cool vibes and is a fun environment, so the wait honestly didn't seem that bad. Food is definitely worth it, and we were so thrilled to find a veggie loaded dish!
