I've been really enjoying having these in my freezer. I just eat them plain, but I'm sure they'd be good with toppings. I'd take recommendations if anyone has any! These fry up really nicely. You can put them on high heat and they'll cook nicely. I like getting some dark brown spots on mine so they're extra crispy. Unfortunately, they do come in a lot of plastic packaging. The five pancakes are in a tray and are sandwiched between two plastic sheets each. It'd be great if they could find a way to reduce the packaging.

I haven’t tried making it yet, but there is a Taiwanese wrap called juǎn bǐng (卷饼) traditionally made with meat, hoisin sauce, green onions, slivered cucumbers, and pickles all rolled up in a green onion pancake. It would probably be really good with 5-spice tofu subbed in for the meat!
When we’ve fried too many, sometimes the leftovers get made into soup the next day as well.
