Hokkien Mee at Seva Cafe — xinru-t's Review (May 19, 2024)

Mix of rice noodles and wheat noodles stir-fried with corn kernels and leafy greens, plus a variety of protein - beancurd, taupok fried puffs, seitan 'chicken' strips, and soy 'mutton' chunks. 🥢🌽🥬 Instead of whole blocks of tofu, I personally would have preferred shredded tofu or possibly yuba beancurd skin to better mimic stir-fried egg. 🍳 A little lacking in wok hey but still relatively tasty especially when mixed with the chilli sauce! 🌶️ ($7.50) #sgvegan #chinesefood #alliumfree #minorityowned
