Vegan 'cheese' swap available at no extra charge! 🧀 The #vegancheese had a convincing dairy-like taste without being cloyingly rich, and melted quite well. Swipe right ➡️ for a close-up pic of the gooey 'cheese' blanket! 📸 (For those who don't like baked rice, fried rice without cheese is also available in the menu~) The fried rice itself consisted of short grain rice tossed with mushrooms, soy 'ham', zucchini, and corn kernels. 🍚🍄🥒🌽 Fragrant and with some fiery wok hey! 🔥 Topped with roasted seaweed laver and sesame seeds, as well as served with some banchan side dishes.
