A pear 🍐 vegan 🌱 cake 🍰 recipe from Vegan 🌱 Chef Jean-Philippe aka The Buddhist Chef, made with this vegan butter #veganbutter spread! I was looking for a completely palm oil free butter but couldn’t find one 😔. At least in this one there is a blend of coconut 🥥, flaxseed, canola and sunflower 🌻. The palm oil is from sustainable and ethical source (Rainforest certified) #sustainable.
First time I made this recipe with chunks of pears 🍐. Usually I make it with pears purée. Different texture but still divine 😍!!!!
