Review of Vegan Cheddar Cheesec - Knot Foods by veronicagroen
We received this block of Knot #vegancheese frozen. In all fairness, they did warn us that if it has been frozen, it will change the texture.
I agree with many other vegans, I am one of those who don't miss cheese. The only reason I buy #vegancheese and make it, is for my husband.
When I tasted it, after defrosting, it was not a winner, but I must say it melted very well and the taste was also not too bad. So far, one of the better #vegancheddar cheese.
You can find them on-line and they do deliver to bigger cities.

veronicagroen It will, but you need to let it melt. 3 likesReply
lestroismoutier I’m always looking for vegan cheese for toasties; as I also don’t really miss cow’s milk at all (but the other half loves a toastie!) 😂5 likesReply
veronicagroen Oh yes, something oozing through tomato, onion and spinach, hugged by bread, is always a winner, who can argue with that! I prefer to make my own 🧀 but I will always support vegan brands as well.4 likesReply
lestroismoutier I only tried making my own once (I went to a class) and I liked it a lot less than what I could buy 😂 I wish I could make a decent fake cheese! I’m impressed! 😁2 likesReply
vimauro Me too!!! 🥪2 likesReply
lestroismoutier Pizza, for example, is far superior without any cheese IMHO (as long as the crust is thin and the tomato sauce rich) 😁😉7 likesReply
