Cantonese Yin Yong (No Egg) at GT Vegetarian House — Steven Neoh's Review (May 10, 2024)

Even vegetarian places that serve #yinyong tend to do so with the use of egg, so it was nice that these guys offered an #eggfree option. You know what else would also have been nice? Not serving a #vegetariangoose add-on (RM2.50) that was rancid and so clearly rotten. Absolutely spoiled everything, I had no real appetite after I bit into something so sour and then sniffed it to confirm. Fucking hell, vegetarian or not this is basic 😒

The #noodles (#kuehteow and crispy noodles) come separately from the sauce, which helps keep everything fresh. Unless it's rancid already 🙄 God this is unacceptable, #dobetter
