Dumpling noodles at Xing Hua Vegetarian Restaurant — Paree's Review (May 8, 2024)

Methinks the chef's overworked. Its another 初一 (holy day) today and he missed out on one of my orders on top of the above mistake 👆

Stir - fried (not boiled) #dumpling #noodles is a 1st for me as well. 3, dry, sad lil parcels on a Xinghua (think lotsa crunchy #cabbage, umami #mushrooms, #peanuts and #carrots) bed of thin #beehoon sans nuts. Clean but not quite what I'm half expecting. Has he ran out of broth? 😔🔫

Oh and on the note of impact, the more you write, the more it confuses the algorithm..so yeah
