This mexican #bakery is 90% #vegan 🥳 This #cinnamonroll was clearly labelled as vegan. I did not love it personally, the bread was rosca de reyes cake (I think its called kings cake in english) but it has a very specific texture and flavor where you know what it is if you have tasted it before. If the dough had some cinnamon in it to make it more like a cinnamon roll I would have liked it better. But it was basically a piece of rosca with some frosting thrown on, there was nothing distictly making it a cinnamon roll. But if you expect something different, a cinnamon roll with a mexican twist it may be interested to try!
