Review of Fermented Kale Kimchi - Jongga by alistar
🇰🇷 Korea Foods didn’t have the vegan 🧄🌶️kimchi brand in a huge jar my partner loves. This kale kimchi was clearly labelled vegan though and I was interested to try. It’s ok but I probably prefer the normal one. This isn’t as whiffy 👃as the normal stuff. With this at least you are getting dark leafy greens 🌿🥬which we all should be eating twice a day according to Dr Greger. This will have loads of #probiotics good for your #guthealth. I’m trying to eat more fermented foods to keep healthy. #korean #koreanfood #kimchi
