Jagodzianka at BAJA Vegan Patisserie — david's Review (May 2, 2024)

Jagodzianka is a traditional #Polish 🇵🇱 #pastry that consists of a sweet yeast dough filled with fresh #blueberries 🫐 The dough is slightly sweet and very rich, with a soft and fluffy texture. The blueberries 🫐 #berrylover are mixed with sugar and a hint of lemon zest before being placed in the center of the dough. This version also adds delicious crumble to the top! After baking, the jagodzianka is sprinkled with powdered sugar. The combo of rich fluffy dough and fresh #berries was lovely. The amount of berries made this feel almost healthy😂
