This is a twist on the classic #tartare, where instead of raw meat, delicate grains of #rice serve as the base 🍚 This rice-based tartare is carefully seasoned and shaped, elegantly plated and adorned with crisp slices of fresh #cucumbers 🥒 and tangy #pickles. The dish rests upon vibrant green onion oil, infusing each bite with a subtle, savory flavor. #droolworthy

On top of the tartare you also find dollops of creamy vegan #mayonnaise, adding a luscious richness to contrast with the crispness of the cucumbers. Sprinkled over the dish are freshly chopped #herbs, and a dusting of chili 🌶️ flakes provides a hint of heat.
