Tofu Curry at Royals & Rice — david's Review (May 1, 2024)

Imagine a rich, aromatic #coconut #curry infused with spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander… and you’ll get the opposite of what this was 😂 The curry tasted like diluted coconut cream seasoned with curry powder. It was served with cubes of nicely fried, tender #tofu and some #vegetables like #broccoli 🥦 #cauliflower, and #carrots 🥕 The vegetables retain their crispness. Served over a bed of basmati #rice. The curry needs to be improved and not be diluted so crazily
