This tasted rather basic was good nevertheless 🍛

It’s an #udonnoodle dish featuring grilled then mashed #avocado 🥑, wok-sautéed #veggies, and a #curry sauce. The #udonnoodles, weren’t perfectly cooked and a bit too soft, rather than chewy, still perfectly soaking up the flavors of the #currysauce. Nestled alongside are slices of creamy grilled avocado, adding a smoky richness that complements the dish's flavors. Wok-sautéed veggies, still a bit crunchy, provide a fresh and wholesome element, balancing the richness of the noodles and avocado. And tying everything together is the curry sauce, infused with aromatic #spices and a hint of spice. Could’ve been richer though!
