Error with restaurant "{name}"

These vegan croissants were a big fail for me. I had difficulty opening the packing but finally got the dough out. I cut it into pieces as instructed and cooked for the time given but when I cut through the middle they weren’t cooked through. I put back in the oven but they started to brown. Nothing wrong with the taste but I found them useless. Also they don’t keep till the next day. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Oooh no these are my family's absolute go to croissants for celebrations like birthday breakfasts and easter and Christmas breakfast. Have been eating it all my youth and like it so much... When I turned vegan it was one of the most happy moments when I found out these are available vegan (from ah home brand). The fact that they aren't cooked through in the middle is kind of their charm... If you ask me!
