these are the og vegan Nuggets from rügenwalder, i love them. always reminds me of my lunch boxes in grade 6 when i first went vegetarian lol.
I'd say they have a rather "vegan taste" so not as authentic as e. g. the ones fromtindle or so, but still nice
you can pan-fry them (or air-fry) or pit them in the oven (they're better froed then from the oven cause they get a bit dry there in my opinion)
based on soy, contains sugar.
available at 🇩🇪rewe, Aldi, edeka, Lidl (basically every grocery store). on the more expensive side but worth it
