these are the og vegan Nuggets from rügenwalder, i love them. always reminds me of my lunch boxes in grade 6 when i first went vegetarian lol. I'd say they have a rather "vegan taste" so not as authentic as e. g. the ones fromtindle or so, but still nice you can pan-fry them (or air-fry) or pit them in the oven (they're better froed then from the oven cause they get a bit dry there in my opinion) based on soy, contains sugar. available at 🇩🇪rewe, Aldi, edeka, Lidl (basically every grocery store). on the more expensive side but worth it #vegannuggets #nuggets #chickennuggets #vegangermany

nuggets vegani a base di soia💚 ho preso questi nuggets da Netto, un discount tedesco. Erano in offerta a 2,49€. la confezione è da 180 grammi e contiene 9 nuggets. si cuociono in pochi minuti. Io li ho fatti andare 7/8 minuti in friggitrice ad aria e sono risultati perfetti. Fuori belli croccanti e dentro quasi si sfilacciavano! a livello di gusto non mi hanno fatto impazzire, se devo dire la mia. Non li riprenderei :/
