Spicy and sour stew brewed with housemade gochugaru chilli powder! 🍲🌶️ The dish looked slightly oily but still tasted quite clean and wasn't too spicy either. Came with melt-in-the-mouth silky soft tofu (swipe right ➡️ for a close-up 📸) alongside fried 'seafood tofu', enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, sliced zucchini, mung beans, and kelp. 🍄🥒 Was happy that this dish had a generous assortment of minimally processed ingredients, which made things more exciting and hearty than their Kimchi Jjigae that I had eaten recently. There was also an option to top up for soy 'sausage' (+$1.80)~ Served with wholegrain rice plus some banchan side dishes. 🍚 Would recommend!
