Ban Mian at Kale by KangSu @ The Adelphi — xinru-t's Review (Apr 29, 2024)

Thick chewy knife-cut style noodles (not my personal preference as I don't like starchy stuff) served with fried wanton skin (more starch hehe 🤡), a handful of soy 'minced meat', some leafy greens, and seaweed. 🍜🥬 Would have appreciated more ingredients - particularly protein - and flavour. I believe Ban Mian has always been one of the popular dishes at Kang Su Vegetarian, now also available at the Kale by Kang Su Adelphi outlet~ It came highly recommended to me by someone else too. So maybe it's just a matter of this dish not fitting my tastebuds somehow. 😬 I opted for the soup version though; perhaps the dry version with sauce would have been tastier!
