Decidedly not good.

It's probably the coconut, because it's always the coconut, but this has a really wonky flavor with a horrible mouthfeel and lingering aftertaste. It's very gluey and doesn't have quite enough cheesy flavor. I think you'd be better off making some nooch noodles if you're looking for a quick pasta fix.
