I'm gonny be real with yous I don't actually know what a carb crusher really is. My guess is that it metabolises carbs faster or something like that but I was just hungry and this was in the cupboard so it was my brunch. It was good, a bit heavy but the taste was alright. Anything with peanuts is usually quite good and i have been enjoying the MyVegan snacks even if the protein powers haven't been up my alley.
