… How is this even possible? This #oatmilk #gelato left me genuinely speechless. At least texturally, I think it must be the paragon of vegan #icecream that you can purchase at a grocery store — it could even compete with the fresh stuff from dedicated creameries. Never before have I had a #vegangelato this rich, dense, and #creamy! There truly wasn’t a speck of ice to be had, just thick, velvety smoothness in every spoonful. I was stupefied by how amazing it was!

I think the weak point — at least of this pint — was flavor. If I hadn’t read the label, I wouldn’t know that it was supposed to be #pistachio gelato. They use pistachio paste, but there are no nut pieces; perhaps consequently, this sweet and creamy treat lacks a distinctive pistachio presence. To be clear, though, I would still get it again, without hesitation — it was that good. Basically a steal at $2.99 #groceryoutletfinds

A word of caution: if you spot this brand in the wild, double-check to make sure it’s the oat-based formula! Gelato Festival makes sorbet, vegan gelato, and dairy gelato; I can’t decide if it’s cool or consternating that they make a vegan and non-vegan version of every flavor. (Like, yay, inclusion!
