I am not a fan of tofu but, every now and then I buy it to try new recipes. This time I wanted to marinate it with tamari sauce, extra virgin olive oil and curry. I then pan-roasted it to give it a crust and I liked it a little better.
This organic one from Lidl was firm but, soft. I must say that I did not find any difference from other more expensive brands.
