It looks exactly like a hard boiled egg slice! Yellow interior, white exterior. It smells eggy, but the taste isn’t very strong. I needed some #kalanamak to add eggyness. The texture is soft, and the white feels very real. The yellow part in a chicken egg is usually a bit crumbly when cooked, which isn’t the case here. A great #alternative though, but I didn’t miss #hardboiledegg
