The food bank where I volunteer almost always has these #accidentallyvegan #biscuits out as a mid-shift snack. Usually I go for something more exciting, like Nutter Butters, but these #shortbread #cookies surprisingly weren’t bad! Very #crisp, crumbly, and buttery-tasting; they also aren’t too sweet, which I consider a huge plus. I think they’d be especially nice crumbled over some vegan yogurt or with fresh berries.
