Crunchy #breaded #croquettes made of #cauliflower and #smokedtofu that were divine, and served with a foamy dip that I forgot to ask about 😅. The flavor was reminiscent of salmon, but cruelty-free! Served over buttery #mashedpotatoes with #parsley and with a side of refreshing, crunchy #cucumber salad. This was part of the Menu del Día, but could be ordered separately for 8,50€.
