Review of Vegan Nasi Lemak at 5Green Blossom by xinru-t

Nasi lemak with a vegan 'fried egg' that resembled a sunny-side-up (The Way brand, sourced from Friendly Vegetarian Food Supplier, made using soy and carrot), as well as crunchy and spicy seitan 'chicken' nuggets that looked like cute little drumlets. 🍳🍗 Non-veg friend liked this! Other toppings included sweet sambal sauce, roasted peanuts, and cucumber slices. 🌶️🥜🥒 All on a bed of rice infused with blue pea flower, plus a crispy papadum cracker. 🩵🍚 Served in a biodegradable takeaway container during the Earth Day pop-up Apr 2024 🌎 even though I was dining in; I couldn't quite understand the rationale but okay ahaha 🙈 P.S.
