Review of Wie Lachsschinken Pfeffer - Gutfried by vganbeast
I'm so impressed with vegan smoked salmon. I was a huge fan of smoked salmon before and it's so nice being able to eat something equally pleasant but minus the horror. This is a fine alternative, very thinly sliced but the flavours are just right. This one has pepper around the edges, yum!

vganbeast I thought "lachs" means salmon in German. And with the pepper, it looks similar to how smoked salmon is often presented. German is not my native language, and trying to make sense of replacement products is a challenge in and of itself sometimes. 😉Reply
