Moussaka Vegan at Vitto Pitagorico — francesca's Review (Apr 13, 2024)

I've missed moussaka as a vegetarian and even more as a vegan. this was a very pleasant surprise on a mainly Italian - traditional menu.
soy ragù and vegan bechamel, eggplants and potatoes.. all squished in a small jar. with a typical Greek flavor I can't put a name on... overall very good
