Fried Lotus Root at Xing Hua Vegetarian Restaurant — Paree's Review (Apr 13, 2024)

$2 maybe and could well double up as a chicken burger #patty (very cost effective 😉) with a layer of #soy mince wedged between top and bottom sheets of #lotusroot bits clinging to batter followed by the deepfry ritual. Really crunchy!
