This product of Canada is great #protein, #iron, and some #calcium, #fiber, #potassium, and #livecultures. I’ve never had Greek yogurt before, but from what I’ve heard, Greek yogurt is thick and creamy, which this is, so I think that this might be able to pass at that. Nice flavor.
