Pancakes at Gys — david's Review (Apr 11, 2024)

Disclaimer: I’ve had these about a month ago (March 2024). They’ve changed their #pancake recipe in April 2024, completely renewing it 🥞

These might’ve been the worst #pancakes 🥞 I’ve ever had in a restaurant. They’re tiny, #tasteless and #overpriced. Honestly, I love GYS, but this was not it. The pancakes are #glutenfree and #sugarfree… I didn’t know this when ordering. They told me later when I asked why they taste so bad. They were tasteless, and while chewing then it felt like they were multiplying in my mouth lol.

On top there was a #berry jam, around it a berry coulis, both were delicious and fresh. The berries #strawberry #blueberry were fresh as well #berrylover Some #coconut flakes added a different taste and texture #coconutlover

Unfortunately the components could not balance out the awful pancakes 🥞 I’ll be back to try the new version.
