Lemon Vanilla Tart at Yiihotang — tiascaz's Review (Apr 11, 2024)

I love lemon tarts! This one was good, but not the best I’ve had. The crust was very hard, a little hard to cut into. And the lemon curd was tart, sweet, and delicious but a little soft and melty, it didn’t quite have the firmness I think a #lemontart needs.
