Review of Mango Pandan Rice Cake at ROOT VEGAN 本原 by moosewong

This cake was SO good. I was pleasantly surprised at the presentation (the cake is a super pretty green on the inside), fluffiness and how well the flavors worked together. The frosting is coconut based for an extra flavor dimension. Highly recommend this cake!
