Review of soba noodles - roland organic by picklesnickels

One of my favorite things to make for lunch is a chilled soba noodle salad. I'm not familiar with this company but I grabbed these noodles bc they're #organic. These turned out great, 3 mins in soft boiling water then rinsed in cool.

The veggies I added were Broccoli, Cauliflower, shredded cabbage and carrots. Grated ginger and garlic with Sesame oil, tamari soy sauce, lime juice and diced jalapeños for the sauce. Topped with fresh Cilantro and toasted Sesame seeds.

Oh! And Tofu!
