Incredibly hard to eat but delicious nonetheless 🤤

The classic #sandwich bread gets replaced by their #homemade #focaccia 🥖 In between the slices, they put crispy fried #cauliflower, which offers a greasy but delicious crunch #carbsforlife #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease To balance it, fresh #cucumber 🥒 slices are added, some pickled daikon, red #cabbage, #spinach, and fresh #cilantro 🌿 (#evilweed?) I added additional #avocado for a different texture. It all gets brought together by a vegan #sriracha #mayo! Loved it. The components itself are simple, but together they make magic 🪄
