This tastes like nothing, bit oily, but has no flavour. It’s created to be that way tho; If you add spices, lemon, ketchup,… Then it’s good! But I wouldn’t recommend this. 14g of protein tho, so if you’re seeking that, this is an option! 3 ingredients:
#peaprotein , water & salt. They do have the texture of a kind of tuna salad
