Moonlight at Wesley Andrews Coffee & Tea — Iszy's Review (Apr 8, 2024)

While my roommate watched sports, I took myself out to afternoon tea on a rainy Sunday! Wesley Andrews is such a nice walk and I really enjoy their teas. This is a white tea that has notes of birch black pepper and allspice. It's very light, so the spicy notes help bring some complexity.

I was a bit sad to see this one was not served in the insulated glass carafe with the small tea cup like the other teas I've had in the past here. I'm not sure if this tea is just always served like this, or if they ran out of the other tea sets for the day. The glass carafe is great because it can stay hot for a longer time. I found that this cooled faster than I wanted to drink it.
