Review of Cantonese chow mein 廣州炒麵 at Yang Shin Vegetarian Restaurant by tiascaz

We originally wanted the flat noodles for this course but they were sold out! Nonetheless, this was super yummy and a huge portion!! The #friednoodles were so crunchy, but once they soaked in the sauce they got a bit soft and chewy. The veggies were all delicious and the #veganham was smoky and chewy. We were pleasantly surprised with this dish, and it was truly enough to be a meal on its own!
