This rice pancake with lentils in the batter has option of tofu and mushrooms or mock seafood. The filling is bean sprouts, carrots, black fungus and more vegetables. The pancake is very mild and needs the sauce for flavouring. It’s served with lots of lettuce, mint and some other greens.
Loving Hut Cabramatta makes the best Vietnamese pancake.
