Review of Chicken Taco at Rojo's Mexican Food by sofihuasteca

Rojo's is a #fullyveganrestaurant in #seattle that serves up a variety of #mexicanfood including tacos, tortas, quesadillas and more.
They have four choices of protein qhen we stopped in on a Frifay night about an hour from closing. Asada, chicken, al pastor and carnitas. The asada was all out, we were tolf that asada is the fastest to sell out usually. I got a #taco plate with three different proteins. You can make it a meal by adding beans and rice. They have delicious homemade salsas as well.
The protein for this one was a #veganchicken, clearly a lot of thought and preparation has gone into this protein with lots of flavor and a great texture. The taco was served with diced white raw onion and cilantro.
We were served on #compostable plates with compostable cutlery and the drink cup was #recyclable, so there was thought put into the #sustainability factor.
