Here is another food I am not familiar with. This is really my first time buying phyllo dough, perhaps because it is not always easy to find in the supermarket.
I cooked some rolls, similar to the famous spring rolls. The filling is very simple: carrots, onion, cabbage, a little white wine and a few tablespoons of soy sauce.
I cooked an exaggerated amount 😂. Great, I will have lunch ready tomorrow.
