Floral and bittersweet white chrysanthemum gelato made using plant mylk! 🌼🫖🍨A delicate and unique flavour indeed... that I may not necessarily have known how to fully appreciate ahaha. 🙃 Dotted with caramelised sobacha i.e. roasted buckwheat groats, which gave an added crunchy texture and nutty aroma (kinda like finely chopped almonds or cacao nibs, for those who've never eaten it). P.S. Remember to get the cup, as the cone isn't vegan! P.P.S.
