A very #thin dough meets a #lentil cream base (instead of tomato sauce), with caramelized #garlic, #homemade cashew #mozzarella, brown #mushrooms, browned in garlic oil, #thyme and #basil.
The #pizza was good but I prefer Neapolitan pizza with a thicker, less crunchy crust. Nevertheless, their dough was flavorful and tasty!
