Wow! This is as #traditional as it gets. #czechfood The #Roulade is basically thin #beef that gets filled and then rolled! A thin beef roll 🥩 Here, deliciously juicy #vegan beef was used and filled with dill #pickles 🥒, onions 🧅, vegan #bacon and possibly more. It was so flavorful 🤤 The outside was pan fried to perfection and had a nice char. The sauce with it was the star. A rich dark #beer 🍺 gravy with caramelized onions and herbs. On the side you had a few soft, crispy #potatoes and ultra fluffy and flavorful bread #dumplings that perfectly soak up the gravy! Perfection
