I was very excited for these, the idea if a quick and easy vegan #breakfast is very appealing to me. Unfortunately, I did not like these. They were super dense and a little dry and were pretty much all sausage and little egg. They were also smaller than I thought (which would not have been an issue) but with how dense they already were it wouod have helped to be a little larger and less compacted in my opinion.
