If you can call drowning your #pasta in #truffleoil and #oliveoil a valid cooking technique, then these guys are stupendously good at what they do 😋 The truffle is so present, and really exalts the flavour of everything else. From the #spaghetti cooked just a little past al dente, to the #cherrytomatoes and the crispy rasher of #fakebacon. But most of all, of the true pièce de resistance, the slices of #kingoystermushroom, grilled and charred to a magnificent flavour and texture ☺️ Meal slots in Penang are precious; that I'd give one up to have pasta tells you how convinced I was/am about what magic these guys can do 🙂
