Review of Mediterranean bowl at SŌW Plated by kristig

Ok this dish was amazing! What I love most about this restaurant is they take these plates and surprise me with flavors that I don't expect while making a healthy dish that leaves me feeling confident about my health choices and satisfied by eating a delicious meal out. The cut up dates and kalamata olives were amazing with the squash and roasted red pepper. I am not usually the type to mix my dishes before eating, more often I eat by section, but I definitely mixed this all together and enjoyed the unexpected combinations! #glutenfree #healthylifestyle #healthyfood
